1. Disconnect the pressure pipe from the pump and connect the pressure gauge with a set of adapters as shown.
2. Bleed the hydraulic system, then start the engine.
3. Turn the steering wheel from lock to lock several times and check the temperature of the working fluid with a thermometer. Nominal value: ≈50°C.
4. Increase the crankshaft speed to 1000 rpm.
5. Close the pressure gauge valve completely and check the pressure of the pressure reducing valve. Nominal value: 6.6-7.3 MPa.
Caution: Do not keep the pressure gauge valve closed for more than 10 seconds.
6. If the pressure does not correspond to the nominal value, repair the pump.
7. Remove the pressure gauge and connect the pressure pipe to the pump. Tightening torque of the hollow screw: 55-65 Nm
