Order of execution
1. Disconnect the pressure hose from the power steering pump. Connect a special measuring tool between the disconnected pressure hose and the pump, as shown in the figure.
2. Bleed the hydraulic power steering, then start the engine and turn the steering wheel several times until the fluid temperature rises to 50°C.
3. Increase the engine speed to 1000 min-1.
4. Close the special tool valve and measure the pressure. Power Steering Pump Fluid Pressure: 1209-1280 psi.
Warning! Do not keep the special tool valve closed for more than 10 seconds.
5. Remove the special tools and connect the pressure hose to the pump by tightening the hose union nut to the required torque. Tightening torque: 55–65 Nm.
6. Remove air from a hydraulic drive of the amplifier of a steering.
