5. Turn off the engine to check the difference in fluid levels between when the engine is running and when the engine is turned off.

- 1) If the level difference is 5 mm or more, bleed air from the system.
- 2) If the fluid level suddenly rises after the engine is turned off, this indicates that the air has not been completely removed from the system.
- 3) If the air is not completely removed, there will be a rattling sound in the pump and noise in the valve, which will lead to a reduction in the service life of the pump.
