2. Start the engine. When the vehicle is stationary, turn the steering wheel several times without interruptions to warm up the working fluid to a temperature of 50-60 " C.
3. With the engine idling, turn the steering wheel all the way in both directions several times.
4. Make sure that there is no foaming or clouding of the liquid in the tank.
5. Stop the engine and check the difference in fluid level in the tank when the engine is stopped and when it is running.
Note:
- 1. If the fluid level changes by at least 5 mm, bleed the power steering system again.
- 2. If the fluid level rises sharply after the engine stops, continue bleeding the system.
- 3. Incomplete air removal causes rattling noise from the pump and increased noise from the distributor and reduces the service life of the pump.
