2. Start the engine. With the car at a standstill, turn the steering wheel several times without interruption to warm up the working fluid to a temperature of 50-60 "WITH.
3. When the engine is idling, turn the steering wheel several times to the stop in both directions.
4. Make sure that there is no foaming or turbidity of the liquid in the tank.
5. Stop the engine and check the difference in fluid level in the tank with the engine stopped and running.
Note:
- 1. If the fluid level changes by at least 5 mm, bleed the power steering system again.
- 2. If the fluid level rises sharply after stopping the engine, continue bleeding the system.
- 3. Incomplete bleeding causes rattling noise from the pump and increased noise from the distributor and shortens the life of the pump.
