The fluid level in the power steering pump reservoir should be checked regularly. Before checking, make sure the ignition is off. The fluid level in the power steering pump reservoir should be between the "MAX" and "MIN" marks on the reservoir wall.
Note: Immediately after starting the engine in severe frost (below -20°C), a creaking sound may be heard from the power steering pump. This sound should stop when the engine warms up, indicating that the system is working properly. This phenomenon is associated with a change in the properties of the working fluid under the influence of very low temperatures.
The working fluid used: Use fluid type PSF-3.
Note: If the power steering pump reservoir is empty, do not start the engine.
