Remove the servo pump V-belt (if there).
By turning the steering wheel in a counterclockwise direction, loosen the water pump belt pulley while lightly pressing the belt with your hand.
Loosen and loosen the fixing bolts (arrows), remove the alternator drive belt.
Remove the A/C compressor V-belt and A/C compressor pulley bracket (if there).
Remove support (1), located on the left.
Remove the top cover (1) toothed belt.
Remove the tips from all spark plugs and turn the spark plugs out with a spark plug wrench.
Scroll the crankshaft clockwise, checking the condition of the toothed belt.
The transmission must be in neutral and the parking brake applied. Rotate the crankshaft using the head for the central bolt clockwise.
Crank the engine until the piston of the first cylinder reaches top dead center (TDC).
In this position, the marks on the V-belt pulley must align.
And also the hole in the camshaft gear should be opposite the pointer-label located on the cylinder head.

To tension roller (A) could move, release the bolt (1).
Turn the crankshaft clockwise so that the camshaft gear rotates 2 teeth.
Using the tool, turn the tension roller, thereby ensuring the tension of the belt and tighten the fastening bolt.
Check the belt tension again. To do this, press the belt with your finger approximately at the level of the middle of the belt tensioner. The belt should bend about 5-7 mm.
Insert the spark plugs, put on the tips of the candles.
Establish the top casing of a gear belt.
Install the A/C compressor belt pulley bracket and install the water pump belt pulley.
Install V-belts.
