Removing the node
1. Remove the battery.
2. Disconnect the air cleaner.
3. Disconnect sockets of lanterns of a backing and electroconducting of a compartment of the engine.
4. For a vehicle with a manual five-speed transmission, disconnect the selector control valve connector.
5. Disconnect sockets of electroconducting of the generator and the index of pressure of oil.
6. Drain the engine coolant.
7. For a vehicle with an automatic transmission, disconnect the transmission cooling hose.
Note. When disconnecting the hoses, apply marks to avoid errors when they are subsequently connected.
8. Disconnect the upper and lower radiator hoses from the engine side / then remove the radiator.
9. Disconnect the high voltage wire from the ignition coil.
10. Disconnect the motor ground.
11. Remove the main fuel line and remove the return and steam hoses from the engine side.
Warning. Reduce the residual pressure in the hoses following the instructions in chapter "Fuel supply system".
12. Disconnect the heater inlet and outlet hoses from the engine side.
13. Disconnect the throttle cable from the engine side.
14. On a vehicle with manual transmission, disconnect the clutch cable from the transmission.
15. At the car with an automatic transmission disconnect a cable of management from a transmission.
16. Disconnect the speedometer shaft from the gearbox.
17. Disconnect the conditioner from an arm.
18. Raise the car.
19. Drain the oil or fluid from the gearbox.
20. Disconnect the front exhaust pipe from the manifold, hang it on a wire.
21. At the car with a manual transmission remove a shaft of a gear change and an extension piece.
22. Remove the ball joint bolt of the lower arm and the anti-roll bar at its junction with the lower arm.
23. Remove the axle shafts from the gearbox housing and plug its holes.
24. Suspend the lower arm and axle shafts to the car body.
25. Attach the cable to the engine and, using a hoist, raise it until the cable is under tension.
26. Remove the front shaft stop.
27. Disconnect the rear shaft stop.
28. For vehicles with a manual transmission, remove the shaft.
29. Remove the engine mount shock absorber bolts.
30. Remove the bracket from the engine.
31. Raise the engine slowly (until the weight of the engine and gearbox no longer affects the fasteners) and temporarily leave it hanging.
Warning. All cables, hoses, electrical wires, connectors, etc. must be disconnected from the engine.
32. Remove the caps from the inside of the right mudguard and remove the gearbox bracket mounting bolts.
33. While guiding the entire assembly with the gearbox side down, lift the engine, gearbox and remove them from the vehicle.
Installation
1. After checking the connection of electrical wires, tubes, hoses, etc. c making sure they are not pinched or damaged, install the engine/gearbox assembly.
2. Once the engine and transmission are in place, temporarily tighten the front shaft stop.
3. Please note that the front and rear rubber grommets and center link collars are different.
4. After the engine and gearbox rest on all shock absorbers, tighten them to the appropriate torque.
5. Install all components removed during disassembly. Be especially careful about the safety of items such as electrical connectors, as well as fuel and other pipelines and their connections.
6. Fill in coolant and check for leaks.
7. Fill the gearbox with working fluid, check its operation and make sure there is no leakage.
8. Check the operation of the transmission control cable and throttle cable. Adjust them if necessary.
