Disassembly
1. Using a special tool, compress the spring (1). Unscrew the nut (2) shock absorber rod (3).
2. Remove the top support, top cup, top cushion and boot.
Examination
3. Check the spring seat bearing for damage.
4. Check up absence of leaks of working liquid on the case of the shock-absorber.
5. Forward-reciprocating shock absorber rod (4) with its body fixed, check for abnormal movement resistance and noise.
Assembly
6. Install the lower elastic spring seat (5), aligning the protrusions (6) with holes (7) in the bottom support (8).
Note: When choosing shock absorber strut springs, pay attention to their color coding.

7. Compress a rack spring by means of the special adaptation. Install the spring so that the marks are facing towards the steering knuckle.
8. Fully extend the stem and install the top pad and strut support.
9. Position the top ends of the spring (9) in the grooves of the cups (10) and temporarily tighten the stem nut.
10. Remove the special adaptation.
11. Tighten the self-locking stem nut. Tightening torque: 50-70 Nm.
