Withdrawal
1. Remove the wheel. Nut tightening torque: 90-110 Nm.
2. Loosen the screws (1), remove the caliper (2) disc brake and hang it with a wire (cord, etc.) to the strut spring so as not to damage the brake hose. Tightening torque: 65-75 Nm.
3. Remove cotter pin (3) and unscrew the nut (4) hubs (5). Tightening torque: 200-260 Nm
4. Remove the wheel speed sensor (6) with rotary knuckle (7).
5. Turn off a hinge nut and press out a tip of steering draft (8) from the steering knuckle using a suitable puller.
6. Loosen the screws (9) ball joint (10). Tightening torque: 100-120 Nm.
Note: Be careful not to damage the boot and the wheel speed sensor's pulse dial.
7. Unscrew the nuts of the bolts (11) and disconnect the steering knuckle from the shock absorber strut. Tightening torque: 100-120 Nm.
Installation
8. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
Note: install the washer (12) central nut (13) so that the chamfer is facing outward (towards the cotter pin (14).
