Procedure

1. Drain the transmission fluid from the automatic transmission.

2. Remove the oil pan.

3. Remove the oil filter.

4. Remove the transmission fluid temperature sensor.

5. Press the lock and pull out the solenoid valve sealing ring.

6. Remove the valve assembly, being careful not to let it fall.

7. Turn the distributor adjusting screw until the pressure in the line reaches the required value. Turning the screw clockwise decreases the pressure and, conversely, counterclockwise increases it. Nominal pressure: 860-900 kPa. Pressure change per 1 turn of the screw: 38 kPa.
8. Check that the sealing ring is installed on the top of the valve body.
9. Replace the solenoid valve sealing ring.

10. Install the valve body into the crankcase and insert the solenoid valve connector into the crankcase. Make sure the toothed portion of the connector is installed as shown in the figure.
11. Tighten the housing mounting bolts to a tightening torque of 10–12 N·m.

12. Install the oil filter.
13. Install the new oil pan gasket and oil pan.
14. Fill the automatic transmission with the required amount of transmission fluid.
15. Check the pressure in the line.
