Components of the fuel injection system
1 - oxygen sensor (lambda probe);
2 - knock sensor;
3 - coolant temperature sensor;
4 - nozzle;
5 - crankcase ventilation valve;
6 - vacuum container;
7 - vacuum drive;
8 - electromagnetic vacuum valve (tCL system);
9 - electromagnetic vacuum valve (tCL system);
10 - idle speed control drive;
11 - throttle valve closed position sensor;
12 - throttle position sensor;
13 - intake manifold air temperature sensor;
14 - atmospheric pressure sensor;
15 - air flow sensor;
16 - air filter;
17 - adsorber;
18 - purge clans of the adsorber;
19, 20 - exhaust gas recirculation valve;
21 - Top dead center sensor;
22 - crankshaft position sensor.


To check you need to:

Bring the engine to operating temperature and turn it off (coolant temperature 80-90°C).

Turn off all power consumers.

Check the output voltage (400-1000 mV).

Set the gearbox to neutral and apply the handbrake. Set the automatic transmission to position P.

Check the ignition timing.

Remove the jumper wire to set the ignition timing.

The engine should run for several minutes at idle speed. Compare the idle speed with the required value: 850±100 rpm.

Caution: Connect all measuring instruments only when the ignition is off.
