Removal
Attach the lifting gear clamps to the engine lugs and lift so that the engine weight is supported by the lifting gear.
1. Remove the engine mount mounting bolts.
2. Remove the engine mount from the engine.
3. On vehicles with a manual transmission, remove the gear shift lever.
4. Remove the gearbox mounting bolt.
5. Remove the right wheel arch protection. Remove the gearbox bracket mounting bolts.
6. Remove the gearbox bracket.
7. Remove the upper and lower front engine mount mounting bolts. Remove the front engine mount.
8. Remove the bolt and remove the rear engine mount from the lower frame.
Installation
1. Check that the roller stopper is correctly installed in the sleeve and does not move in it.
2. Install the roller stopper.

3. Set the front engine mount at a certain angle.
- Cars with automatic transmission: 30±3°
- Cars with manual transmission: 14±3°
4. Set the rear engine mount at a certain angle.
- Cars with automatic transmission: 33±3°
- Cars with manual transmission: 20±3°
Installing the bushing
- The front and rear bushings of the subframe must be strictly oriented.
- Make sure you install the bushings in the correct position.
1. On the top side of the front and rear cross members there are 2 arrows that indicate the position of the bushings.
2. When installing the bushings into the crossmember sockets, align the arrows on the bushings with the direction of the side elements.
Caution: Make sure that the bushings are installed parallel to the side members of the cross member. Make sure that the installation direction of the bushings does not deviate more than ±3° from the direction of the side element.
