Engine mounts (Hyundai Accent LC)

Removal

1.Attach the lifting gear clamps to the engine lugs and lift so that the engine weight is supported by the lifting gear.

2. Remove the engine support mounting bolts.



3. Remove the engine mount from the engine.

4. On vehicles with a manual transmission, remove the gear shift lever.



5. Remove the gearbox mounting bolt.



6. Remove the right wheel arch protection. Unscrew the gearbox bracket mounting bolts.



7. Remove the gearbox bracket.

8. Remove the upper and lower front engine mount mounting bolts.



9. Remove the front engine mount.

10. Remove the rear engine mount mounting bolt.



11. Remove the rear engine mount from the lower frame.
