Withdrawal
1. Remove the gearbox and clutch.
2. Turn out bolts and remove a flywheel. If your vehicle has an automatic transmission, remove the drive plate. When turning out the bolts, block the flywheel from turning.
Examination
1. Check the condition of the surface of the flywheel in contact with the clutch disc. If there is significant wear, replace the flywheel.
2. Check the runout of the flywheel surface in contact with the clutch disc. Runout: 0.1 mm3.
3. Check the condition of the flywheel ring gear for damage and wear and replace if necessary.
Installation
Install the flywheel or drive plate to the crankshaft. Use a special tool to block the flywheel from turning and tighten the flywheel mounting bolts.
Tightening torque: 120–130 Nm.
