Removal
1. Remove the drive axle in the block with the gearbox and the clutch.
2. Remove the flywheel.
The gap between the sensor wheel and the crank position sensor is 0.5-1.5 mm.
Examination
1. Check the flywheel contact surface with the clutch disc for damage and wear. Replace an excessively worn or damaged flywheel.
2. Check the runout of the flywheel surface in contact with the clutch disc.
Nominal value: Flywheel runout - 0.1 mm.
3. Check the flywheel ring gear for damage, cracks and wear and replace it if necessary.
Installation
Install the flywheel assembly and tighten the bolts to the specified torque.
Tightening torque: Flywheel bolt - 130-140 Nm.
