Disassembling the generator
1. Unscrew the nuts and remove the voltage regulator cover (1) using a screwdriver (2).
2. Unscrew the screws (3) and remove the brush holder (4).
3. Remove the slip ring guide (5).
4. Using an impact wrench, loosen the nut and remove the pulley (6).
Note: If necessary, unsolder 3 stator winding leads.
5. Unscrew 4 bolts (7).
6. Remove the covers (8) and remove the rotor (9).
Assembly
7. Assembly is carried out in reverse order.
