Removal
Caution: Do not allow brake fluid to come into contact with painted surfaces of the vehicle body or exposed areas of the body. If the fluid comes into contact with the vehicle body or skin, wash it off immediately with plenty of water.
1. Loosen the screws (1) and remove the air filter housing (2) from the bracket.

2. Remove the reservoir cap (3) and disconnect the brake fluid level sensor connector (4). Pump out the brake fluid from the reservoir (5) using a suitable tool.
Note: Do not twist or bend the brake pipes.

3. Disconnect the brake pipes (6) from the master cylinder. Unscrew the nuts (7) and remove the washers.

4. Remove the master cylinder from the vacuum booster.

Installation
5. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
