Order of execution
1. Install two nuts onto the tie rod end ball joint trunnion and measure the torque required to turn the ball joint trunnion.
Torque required to rotate the ball joint trunnion: 2–5 Nm
2. If the torque exceeds the allowable value, replace the tie rod end.
Warning! If the torque is less than the allowable value, the ball joint can be reused if it does not have significant play
