Note: Tightening torque: 88.3-107.9 Nm.
Attention. Be careful not to damage the hub bolts when removing the front wheel.
2. Disconnect the pressure hose (A), pressure meter (IN), return hose (WITH) and drain the fluid from the power steering system.
3. Loosen the nut and remove the dust cover (A).
4. Remove the bolt (A), then disconnect the universal joint from the steering gear.
Note: Tightening torque: 29.4 - 34.3 Nm.
Attention. In order not to damage the inner wire of the contact disk when operating the steering wheel, lock the steering wheel in the straight-ahead position.
5. Remove the cotter pin and castle nut, then disconnect the handpiece (A) steering rod from the steering knuckle.
Note: Tightening torque: 34.3-44.1 Nm.
6. Turn away bolts and nuts and remove the bottom lever (A).
Note: Tightening torque: 98.1 - 117.7 Nm.
7. Turn away a nut and disconnect draft (IN) front strut stabilizer (A).
Note: Tightening torque: 98.1 - 117.7 Nm.
8. Remove the bolt (A) and a nut (IN), then remove the front roller fence.
Note: Tightening torque: 107.9 - 127.5 Nm.
9. Detach the rubber mount (A) muffler.
10. Turn away bolts and nuts and remove a stretcher.
Note: Tightening torque: 176.5 - 196.1 Nm.
11. Remove protection (A).
12. Turn away a bolt and remove the stabilizer (A) from the stretcher.
Note: Tightening torque: 44.1 - 53.9 Nm.
13. Turn away a bolt and remove the steering mechanism (A).
Note: Tightening torque: 88.3-107.9 Nm
14. Installation is carried out in the reverse order.
15. Add fluid to the power steering reservoir.
16. Remove air from the power steering system.
