Replacement
1. Remove the drive belt.
2. Disconnect the pressure line (A) and suction hose (B) from the power steering pump.
Note: Tightening torque: 53.9-63.7 Nm.

3. Loosen the bolts and remove the power steering pump (A).
Note: Tightening torque: 16.7-27.5 Nm.

4. Installation is carried out in reverse order.
Disassembly and assembly
1. Loosen the bolt and remove the O-ring (A) and cam washer (B).

2. Loosen the bolt and remove the suction pipe (A) and sealing ring (B).

3. Disconnect the flow control valve connector (A), remove the flow control valve (B) and spring (C).

4. Assembly is carried out in the reverse order of disassembly.
Checking the technical condition
1. Make sure the flow control valve is not bent.
2. Check the shaft for wear and damage.
3. Inspect the belt for wear and deterioration.
4. Check the rotor and impeller grooves for abrasive, stepped wear.
5. Check the contact surface of the cam washer and impeller for the presence of stepped abrasive wear.
6. Check the impeller for damage.
7. Check for wear marks on the thrust washer or where the shaft and pump cover meet.
