Air is removed from the system as follows:
Raise the car from the front.
Fill the reservoir to the "MAX" level with brake fluid.
Remove the dust boot from the threaded plug of the ventilation hole of the working cylinder. Place the air bleed hose onto the screw. Place the other end of the hose in a glass container filled with a small amount of liquid.
Have the second person pump the clutch pedal, and you open the threaded plug of the vent hole when the pedal is pressed to the floor.
After the fluid has come out, keep the pedal to the floor and close the screw plug.
Repeat the bleeding process until no more air bubbles appear in the container filled with liquid.
Caution: During the air removal process, constantly monitor the fluid level in the tank. It should not fall all the way to the bottom, as this could allow air to enter the system again. Add liquid constantly.
Fill the tank again to the "MAX" mark, remove the air bleed hose and put on the boot.
