
Tightening torques: Nm (kgf cm, lb ft)
Removal
1. Remove the delivery hose from the oil pump.
2: Disconnect the oil drain pipe from the connector and drain the fluid.
3. To remove the V-belt, loosen the oil pump mounting bolts.
4. Disconnect the oil drain pipe from the oil pump.
5. Remove the oil pump bracket mounting bolts and disconnect the pressure switch connector.
6. Remove the oil pump.
Disassembly
1. Remove the oil drain pipe and sealing ring from the oil pump.
2. Remove the back cover with gasket and cotter pins.
3. Remove the cam washer.
4. Remove the rotor and blades.
5. Remove the front plate.
6. Remove the inner and outer sealing rings.
7. Remove the spring.
Note: Install new gasket and O-ring when reassembling.
8. Remove the pulley nut with the spring washer.
9. Remove the pulley and woodruff key.
10. Using special pliers, remove the spring retaining ring.
11. Remove the pulley shaft from the bearing. If necessary, you can use a hammer with a plastic head.
12.: Remove the oil seal from the oil pump housing.
Note: A new oil seal must be installed during assembly.
13. Remove the guide bracket and nut.
14. Remove the connector from the oil pump housing and take out the valve and spring.
15. Remove the O-ring from the connector.
Warning. Do not disassemble the valve.

Examination
1. Clean all disassembled parts with a suitable solvent.
2. If damage to any internal parts of the pump is detected, the pump assembly must be replaced.
3. If cracks are found on the pulley or the pulley is deformed, it must be replaced.
4. If oil leakage is detected through the pulley shaft oil seal, replace the oil seal.
5. If the splines of the pulley or pulley shaft are deformed or worn, replace them.
Assembly
1. Install the oil pump switch.
2. Install the valve spring and the valve itself into the pump body.
Note: Apply a thin film of automatic transmission fluid to all new parts, including the oil seal and O-ring.
3. Install the guide bracket and nut.
4. Using a special tool (09222-32100) install the oil seal into the pump body.
5. Insert the shaft and install the snap ring.
6. Install the pump pulley with the woodruff key.
7. Install the spring and the inner and outer sealing rings.
8. Install the front plate.

9. Insert the cotter pins into the cotter pin grooves on the front of the housing, then install the cam washer, paying attention to the installation direction.

10. Install the rotor with the punched side facing the front plate.
11. Install the blade with the rounded end facing outward.

12. Install the gasket and back cover.
13. Tighten the oil drain pipe connector.
Installation
1. Install the oil pump into the oil pump bracket.
2. Install the oil drain pipe.
3. Install the V-belt and adjust its tension.
4. Connect the pressure hose to the oil pump and the oil drain pipe to the oil reservoir.
Note: The hose and tube should be installed so that they do not twist or touch other parts.
5. Fill the system with automatic transmission fluid.
6. Remove air.
7. Check the oil pump pressure.
8. Install the parts, tightening them to the required torque.
