Note. Do not disassemble the valve. It regulates the distribution of pressurized fluid between the front and rear brakes to prevent slippage in the event of a wheel lock and increase braking efficiency.
1. Connect two pressure gauges to the valve: on the inlet side and on the outlet side.
Note. After connecting the pressure gauges, it is necessary to remove air from the system.
2. With the brakes applied, measure the inlet and outlet pressures. If the results obtained are within acceptable limits, the valve is operating normally.
3. Connect brake hoses and valve.
4. Tighten nuts and bleed air from system.
- The moment of tightening the nuts of the brake hose - 13-17 Nm
- Valve nuts - 8-12 Nm
