Adjusting valve clearances (Hyundai Santa Fe CM)
0
This engine has hydraulic valve lifters installed in the valve drives, so there is no need to adjust the valve lifters. The correct operation of the hydraulic lifters can be checked by the noise in the valve drive. If you hear the characteristic sound of an out-of-adjustment drive, check the hydraulic lifters. If necessary, bleed them or replace them.
