Withdrawal
1. Remove the bottom bolt and lift and move the caliper to the side. Secure the caliper in this position with wire.
2. Remove pads.
Warning. During dismantling of linings it is impossible to press a brake pedal.
Examination
1. Check the wear pads, also see if they got oil. If necessary, replace.
Warning. When replacing, change all linings of the right and left wheels. Never "smash" set.
Pad Thickness:
- Standard value - 9.0 mm
- Maximum allowable - 1.0 mm
2. Check gaskets for damage or deformation.
Installation
1. Install the trim clips.
2. Install the pads.
Note. When installing the pads, make sure that the wear indicators are located towards the disc and up.
3. With a special tool (09581-11000) install the piston in the cylinder.
4. Install new pads. The spacers are attached to the pads as shown.
Warning. Never apply lubricant to the disc or pads.
5. Install the bolt and tighten to the correct torque.
- Tightening torque - 22-31 Nm
