Removal
1. Disconnect the wire from the negative terminal of the battery
2. Remove the pins and remove the left floor console trim (1).
3. Disconnect the drive connector (2). Loosen the screws and remove the drive (3).
Installation
4. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
Examination
5. Turn off the ignition.
6. Disconnect the drive connector.
7. Apply 12V to pin 3 and ground pin 4 of the actuator connector. Make sure the heated windshield mode is on. Reverse the polarity of the connection and make sure the ventilation mode is on.

8. Measure the voltage between pins 3 and 4 of the drive connector.
Note: If the voltage value is less than 0.1 V or more than 4.9 V, the drive is faulty and must be replaced.
