Removal
1. Disconnect the wire from the negative terminal of the battery.
2. Remove the front bumper.
3. Remove the ambient air temperature sensor (A).
Installation
4. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
Examination
5. Turn off the ignition.
6. Disconnect the sensor connector.
7. Use an ohmmeter to check the change in sensor resistance depending on the air temperature. If the measured value does not correspond to the nominal value, replace the sensor.
