Removal
1. Disconnect the wire from the negative terminal of the battery.
2. Disconnect the fan resistor connector (A). Loosen the screws and remove the resistor (B).
Installation
3. Installation is performed in the reverse order of removal.
Examination
4. Use an ohmmeter to measure the resistance between the indicated contacts of the resistor. If the measured value does not correspond to the nominal value, replace the resistor.
