Elements of the working brake cylinder
1 - anther;
2 - piston;
3 - cuff;
4 - body;
5 - spring;
6 - nipple for bleeding the brake system.
Disassembly
Remove the dust cover.
Remove the pistons as an assembly.
Remove the sealing rings from the pistons.
Remove the spring.
Unscrew the bleed screw.
Check the removed components for wear and damage.
Assembly
Assembly is carried out in reverse order.
Before assembly, flush the piston and cylinder with brake fluid.
Lubricate the piston sealing rings and the special tool with brake fluid.
Place the piston seal (2) on a special mandrel so that the sharp edge faces upwards and then, lowering it down the mandrel, install it in the piston groove (1).

3 - plastic grease.
