Removal
1. Drain the liquid through the drain hole by unscrewing the plug.
2. Remove the pin, washer and cotter pin.
3. Disconnect the hydraulic drive from the master cylinder side.

4. Remove the master cylinder mounting bolt.
5. Remove the clamps from the hydraulic drive line.
6. While holding the nut on the hydraulic hose, loosen the nipple on the hydraulic tube.
7. After removing the clamp from the hydraulic drive hose, remove the hose from the bracket.
8. Remove the hydraulic drive line.
9. Disconnect the hydraulic drive from the working cylinder side.
Checking and installation
1. Check the hydraulic hose and tube for blockages and cracks.
2. Connect the hydraulic drive from the working cylinder side.
3. Temporarily tighten the nipple by hand, and then tighten it to the specified torque.
4. Install the hydraulic tube and clamp.
5. Install the master cylinder.
6. Apply SAEJ310A, NLGIN₂ grease to the pin and washer.
7. Connect the rod to the clutch pedal.
8. Fill the clutch master cylinder with fluid.
9. Bleed the system.
