1. Measure the clutch pedal height (from the top surface of the pedal pad to the floor of the passenger compartment) and pedal travel.

Default value:
  • (A) 173 mm
  • (B) 1-2.5 mm

2. If any of these two dimensions is not within the standard value, adjust as follows:
  • 1) Turn and adjust the bolt until the pedal height matches the standard value, and fix this position of the bolt with the lock nut.

If the free travel of the clutch pedal and the distance from the upper surface of the clutch pedal pad to the floor of the passenger compartment (with the pedal pressed) do not correspond to the standard, this means there is air in the clutch hydraulic drive lines, or the master cylinder or clutch is faulty. Bleed the hydraulic drive, disassemble and check the master cylinder and clutch.
