Normalized values:
- (A) - 176-187 mm
- (IN) — 1-3 mm
2. If the height of the pedal or its free play does not correspond to the normalized values, carry out the adjustment.
- 1) Loosen the adjusting bolt and turn it until the pedal height is correct, and then tighten the locknut.
- 2) Turn the pushrod to adjust the clutch pedal free play; after reaching the normalized value of the free play of the pedal, tighten the pusher with a lock nut.
3. After completing the adjustment, make sure that the free play of the pedal (measured from the top of the pedal pad) is within the established limits.
- Standardized value: 6-13 mm
4. If the free play of the clutch pedal is not correct even after the adjustment, it is possible that this is due to air entering the hydraulic actuator or a malfunction of the master cylinder or the clutch itself. Bleed the hydraulic system to remove air from it, or disassemble and check the master cylinder or clutch.
