2. If the pedal height or its free travel do not correspond to the standard values, make adjustments.
- 1) Loosen the adjusting bolt and turn it until the pedal height is correct, and then tighten the lock nut.
- 2) Turn the push rod to adjust the clutch pedal free play; after reaching the standard value of free pedal travel, tighten the pusher with a lock nut.

3. After completing the adjustment, check that the pedal free play (measured from the top of the pedal pad) is within the specified limits.

4. If the free travel of the clutch pedal is not normal even after adjustment, it may be due to air getting into the hydraulic drive or a malfunction of the master cylinder or the clutch itself. Bleed the hydraulic system to remove air from it or disassemble and check the master cylinder or clutch.
