Removal and inspection
1. Release the clutch fluid through the hole by removing the plug.
2. Remove pin, cotter pin and washer.
3. Disconnect the hydraulic line (from the side of the master cylinder)
4. Remove the main cylinder.
5. Check hydraulic hose and line for cracks or blockage.
Installation
1. It is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
2. Apply grease to the head pin and washer.
- Wheel bearing grease used: SAE J310 NL GI N2
3. Install pushrod and clutch pedal.
4. Fill in a brake liquid in the main cylinder of coupling.
5. Bleed the clutch hydraulic system to remove air from it.
