Removal and inspection
1. Bleed the clutch fluid through the hole by removing the plug.
2. Remove the pin, cotter pin and washer.
3. Disconnect the hydraulic line (from the master cylinder side)
4. Remove the master cylinder.
5. Check the hydraulic hose and line for cracks and blockages.
Installation
1. It is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
2. Apply grease to the pin and washer.
- Wheel bearing grease used: SAE J310 NL GI N₂
3. Install the push rod and clutch pedal.
4. Fill the clutch master cylinder with brake fluid.
5. Bleed the clutch hydraulic system to remove air from it.
