Removal and inspection
1. Remove the return spring.
2. Remove cotter pin, washer and cap.
3. Remove the clutch pedal bolt.
4. Check the pedal axle and bushing for wear.
5. Check the clutch pedal for bending or twisting.
6. Check the return spring for defects or wear.
7. Check the pedal pad for damage or wear.
Installation
1. Apply grease to the clutch pedal and bushings.
- Lubricant used: SAE J310, NL GI N1
2. Establish a bolt of fastening of a pedal of coupling.
3. Apply appropriate grease to the head pin and washer.
- Wheel bearing grease used: SAE J 310 NL GI N2
4. Install the pusher on the clutch pedal.
5. Adjust the height of the clutch pedal.
6. Adjust the free play of the pin under the clutch pedal cotter pin.
