1 - nut, 35–45 Nm; 2 - nut, 35–45 Nm; 3 – nut, 45–60 Nm; 4 – a back support of the engine; 5 - bolt, 30–40 Nm; 6 - stabilizer bar; 7 - lower frame; 8 - bolt, 95–120 Nm; 9 - bolt, 95–120 Nm; 10 - the lower arm of the front suspension; 11 - nut, 60–72 Nm.
Withdrawal
1. Remove the front wheel.
2. Remove the cotter pin from the drive shaft, unscrew the nut and remove the washer securing the drive shaft to the front wheel hub.
3. Loosen the lower arm ball joint nut, but do not completely remove it.
4. Turn out two bolts of fastening of the bottom part of a rack to a rotary fist.
5. Pushing the steering knuckle outward, remove the drive shaft from the hub.
6. Using a puller 09568-34000, press the ball joint trunnion out of the steering knuckle.
7. Temporarily install the front suspension strut lower bolt.
8. Turn out a nut of fastening of draft of the stabilizer.
9. Turn out a bolt of fastening of the forward party of the bottom lever and back bolts of fastening of the plug.
10. Remove the lower arm.
Installation
Fix the stabilizer link with a 14mm open end wrench and screw on the self-locking nut.
Disassembly
Replacing the ball joint and dust cover
1. Use a screwdriver blade to remove the dust cover from the lower arm ball joint.
2. Remove the spring ring.
3. Using a nylon hammer, separate the ball joint from the lower arm.
4. Using the special tool, press the new ball joint into the lower arm.
5. Install the spring ring.
6. Install the dust cover with the special tool.
