Order of execution
1. Raise the vehicle.
2. Turn the steering wheel fully counterclockwise.
Attention! Do not use too much force when turning the steering wheel.
3. Remove the engine support bracket.
4. Remove the water pump pulley.
5. Remove the top casing of a gear belt.
6. Remove the bottom casing of a gear belt.
Warning! Rotate the crankshaft only clockwise.
7. Turn the crankshaft clockwise and align the alignment marks so that the piston in the first cylinder is at top dead center on the compression stroke.
8. Loosen the bolt on the pivot point side of the tensioner and the bolt on the spline side.
9. Turn the crankshaft clockwise a full 2 teeth on the pulley.
Attention! For proper tension adjustment, set the exhaust valve rocker to the top cam position.
10. Make sure that the teeth of the pulley and toothed belt match.
11. Tighten the bolt on the spline side first and tighten the bolt on the pivot point side of the tensioner second.
12. Establish a tension of a gear belt.
13. Establish the bottom casing of a gear belt.
14. Establish the top casing of a gear belt.
15. Install water pump pulley and engine support bracket.
