Tightening torque: Nm
Removal
1. Disconnect the turbocharger tube.
2. Remove the slave cylinder mounting bolt.
Examination
1. Check for fluid leaks from the working cylinder.
2. Check for damage to the working cylinder dust boots.

Disassembly
1. Remove the hydraulic hose, valve plate, spring, rod and dust cover.
2. Remove dirt from the working cylinder bore to the piston.

3. Remove the piston from the working cylinder using compressed air.
Warning:
- 1) Cover the cylinder with a rag to prevent the piston from flying out of the cylinder, which may cause injury.
- 2) Use compressed air with care to prevent liquid from the cylinder from getting into your eyes or on your skin.
Examination
1. Check for rust and scoring on the inner surface of the cylinder.
2. Measure with an indicator device in three sections (at the bottom, in the middle and at the top) the inner diameter of the master cylinder and replace the slave cylinder assembly if the clearance between the cylinder walls and the piston exceeds the limit value.
Indicator device
The limit value is 0.15 mm.
Assembly
1. Apply the specified fluid to the inner surface of the cylinder and the outer surface of the piston assembly, and insert the piston assembly into the cylinder.
The fluid specification is DOT 3 brake fluid.
2 Install the hydraulic hose, valve plate, spring, rod and dust boot.
Installation
1. Apply the specified lubricant to the pin. Align the hole in the end of the slave cylinder rod with the hole in the clutch fork shaft and install the pin into the holes.
Lubricant according to specification - MOLIWHITE TA No. 2.
2. Install the working cylinder and connect the hydraulic drive pipe to it.
