Removal
1. Disconnect the hydraulic pipe from the working cylinder.

Examination
1. Clean the dismantled parts in solvent and blow out all parts and channels with compressed air.
2. Check the clutch slave cylinder and boots for damage.
Disassembly
1. Disconnect the connecting hose from the cylinder and remove the valve plate, spring, pusher and protective boot.
2. Remove dirt around the piston bore of the working cylinder.
3. Remove the piston and cuff by supplying compressed air through the hydraulic tube connection hole.
Attention!
- 1. Cover the opening of the working cylinder with a clean rag to catch the piston pushed out by the compressed air.
- 2. Increase the air pressure gradually to prevent brake fluid from escaping and getting into your eyes or on your skin.
Examination
1. Check the clutch slave cylinder and boots for damage.

2. Measure the inner diameter of the clutch master cylinder. If the clearance between the piston and the cylinder exceeds the permissible value, replace the master cylinder and/or the piston assembly. Measure the inner diameter of the clutch master cylinder in three sections (at the base, center and top) in two perpendicular directions.

Gap: 0.15 mm.
Assembly
1. Before assembly, lubricate the piston and cylinder bore diameter with clutch fluid and install the piston assembly.
Fluid: DOT-3 or DOT-4 brake fluid.
2. Install the valve plate, tappet and boot.
