Raise the car horizontally.
Check for oil leaks in the gearbox.
Place a suitable container under the drain hole of the box.
Unscrew the oil drain plug and drain the oil, then screw the plug back on.

Fill with oil of the appropriate specification up to the lower edge of the oil filler hole.
