Raise the car.
Check the rubber cuffs for porosity and damage. Damaged protective cuffs of hinges must be replaced.
Replace the seals that are pulled into the hinge immediately.
Inspect the cuff and the areas around it for traces of oil.
Check the strength of the fastening of the tie clamps.
