Gearbox oil change (Hyundai Accent X3)

After inspecting the parts, check for any signs of leakage. Remove the filler plug and check the oil level. If contaminated, the oil must be replaced. Use SAE 75W/85W halogenated transmission oil (AFI-GL 4).

1. Place the vehicle on a level surface, remove the drain plug, and drain the transmission oil.

2. Replace the gasket with a new one and install the drain plug in its place.

3. Fill with new oil through the filler hole to a level 5-9 mm below the hole (full capacity: 2.15 l).
