Checking the condition of the exhaust system (Hyundai Accent MC)

1. Visually inspect the exhaust pipe, muffler and their attachment points to the vehicle body for cracks, wear, aging or damage.

2. Start the engine and carefully check by ear for any exhaust leaks from the line. Tighten the connections or replace parts if necessary.
