Checking the cooling system for leaks
1. Remove the radiator cap.
2. Check the coolant level, it should reach the filler neck.
3. Install a tester in the filler neck instead of the radiator cap and use it to create a pressure of about 150 kPa. While holding this pressure for 2 minutes, check the radiator, hoses, or connections for coolant leaks.
Warning. The fluid in the radiator can be very hot. Do not open the cap until the liquid has cooled.
Recommended coolant composition
