2. Make sure the coolant level is at the filler neck.
3. Install a radiator cap tester on the filler neck and pressurize to 139.3 kPa.
Holding the pressure for two minutes, check for leaks from the radiator and through the hoses and connections.
Warning. The coolant in the radiator can be very hot. Do not open the system while it is hot, otherwise the boiling liquid ejected from the system may cause personal injury. Provide cooling prior to service.
4. If a leak is found, repair or replace the defective part.
