2. Make sure the coolant level is at the filler neck.
3. Install a radiator cap tester on the filler neck and create a pressure of 139.3 kPa.

While maintaining pressure for two minutes, check for leaks from the radiator, as well as through hoses and connections.
Warning: The coolant in the radiator may be very hot. Do not open the system while it is hot, otherwise boiling liquid ejected from the system may cause injury to a person. Allow to cool before servicing.
4. If a leak is detected, repair or replace the defective part.
