2. If the pedal free play is not within the specified value, loosen the lock nut and adjust the pedal position by turning the adjusting bolt. After completing the adjustment, tighten the lock nut.
3. If the clutch pedal height is less than the standard value, loosen the bolt and adjust the pedal position by turning the master cylinder push rod. After completing the adjustment, tighten the bolt so that the gap between the pedal stop and the bolt is 0.5-1.0 mm.
Caution: Do not push the piston rod into the clutch master cylinder during adjustment
4. After adjustment, recheck the height and free travel of the clutch pedal. If the measured values are outside the nominal range, there may be air in the hydraulic drive and it is necessary to bleed the hydraulic drive.
