Coolant
It is recommended that the refrigerant be removed at specialized service stations using special filling stations connected to the service valves of the high (1) and low (2) pressure circuits.
Total volume of refrigerant R134-a: 500±25 ml.

Compressor oil
If you are dismantling any air conditioning system component, follow these steps:
The article is based on information website (www.hyundaibook.ru)
1. Open all doors and the hood.
2. Start the engine and turn on the air conditioner. Set the fan speed control to the maximum flow position.
3. Let the engine run for 20 minutes at 800-1000 rpm to allow all the oil to collect in the compressor.
4. After replacing or installing the dismantled unit, fill the new unit with the following amount of compressor oil.
Total volume of compressor oil HFC-134a: 120 ±10 cm³.
In case of compressor replacement
1. Remove the compressor and drain the compressor oil from it.
Note: New compressors are filled with compressor oil at the factory. When replacing a new compressor, the same amount of oil must be drained from the new compressor as was in the compressor removed. Otherwise, there will be an excess amount of compressor oil in the system.
2. Calculate the amount of oil to be drained using the formula:
Amount of oil drained = Total oil volume - Volume of oil drained (from removed compressor)
Note: Even if there is no oil in the removed compressor, do not drain more than 50 cm³ of oil from the new compressor.
