Examination
1. Check up brake hoses on absence of cracks and local swelling. If necessary, replace the brake hose.
2. Check up brake pipes on absence of cracks, damages and corrosion.
3. Check the connecting nuts of the brake hoses for damage and leakage.
Installation
1. Install the brake pipes without twisting them.
2. Brake hoses should be installed as far away from welds, edges or moving parts of the vehicle as possible.
3. Tighten all connections to the required torque.
- Tightening torque for connecting nuts: 13–17 Nm
- Tightening torque for brake hoses to front calipers: 25–30 Nm
