Examination
1. Check the brake hoses for cracks and local swelling. If necessary, replace the brake hose.
2. Check the brake pipes for cracks, damage and corrosion.
3. Check the brake hose union nuts for damage and leakage.
Installation
1. Install the brake pipes without twisting them.
2. Brake hoses should be installed as far away from welds, edges or moving parts of the vehicle as possible.
3. Tighten all connections to the required torque.
- Tightening torque for connecting nuts: 13–17 Nm
- Tightening torque for brake hoses to front calipers: 25–30 Nm
