
Removal
1. Disconnect the upper bolt and remove the high pressure hose.
Warning:
- 1) Be sure to relieve the pressure before disconnecting the fuel line, otherwise fuel will spill out.
- 2) Cover the fuel line connections with a rag to prevent fuel from splashing.
2. Remove the lower bolt while supporting the fuel filter assembly.
3. Remove the fuel filter bolts, then pull the filter out of the clamp.
4. Remove the return hose and line.
5. Remove the fuel vapor sampling hose and line.
Examination
1. Check for damage, deformation and blockages in hoses and lines.
2. Check the fuel vapor recovery tank for clogging.
3. Check the fuel filter for blockages and damage. If a fault is found, repair or replace parts as necessary.
Installation
1. Install the evaporation hose and return hose, if the fuel pipe has a thickening, securely connect the hose to the pipe as shown in the figure.

If the fuel line does not have a thickening, securely connect the hose to the line.
2. Install the fuel filter and tighten its clamp.
3. Insert the main line into the filter and tighten the bolts. Install all clamps.
