2. If current flows when the switch is in the "ON" position and does not flow when the engine is idling, the switch is OK.
If the switch is OK, check the oil wiring.
The working pressure of the oil pressure sensor is 14.71-29.42 kPa
3. Using a special tool (09260-32000), tighten the sensor to the specified torque.
Note: Do not overtighten the oil pressure sensor.

Tightening torque
- Oil pressure sensor assembly - 8-12 Nm
- Oil pressure sensor nipple - 13-15 Nm
Examination
1. Using an ohmmeter, check for electrical continuity between the terminal and the housing. If there is no continuity, replace the oil pressure sensor.
(This article is based on information from the website: «HYUNDAIBOOK.ru»)

2. Check for electrical conductivity between the terminal and the housing by inserting a thin wire into the sensor hole. If there is electrical conductivity even when pressing on the wire, replace the sensor.
3. If there is no electrical conductivity when a vacuum of 50 kPa is created in the oil pipe, the sensor operates normally. Make sure there are no air leaks. The presence of an air leak indicates a break in the diagram. Replace the sensor.
